How do you ensure my seafood stays fresh during shipping?

We pack all orders in insulated coolers with high-quality gel packs or dry ice. Our specialized packaging is designed to maintain optimal temperatures for up to 48 hours, ensuring your catch arrives in pristine condition.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are typically shipped within 24 hours via overnight delivery. To ensure product quality, we do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid weekend transit delays.

Do you offer local pickup in Key Largo?

Yes! If you are in the Florida Keys, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order directly from our retail market located at 1313 Ocean Bay Drive.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is delayed by the carrier, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full replacement or refund.

Is your seafood wild-caught or farm-raised?

The majority of our signature items, including our Florida Spiny Lobster, Stone Crab, and local snapper, are wild-caught right here in the waters of the Florida Keys by our own fleet of boats.

How should I store my seafood once it arrives?

Fresh fish should be kept in the coldest part of your refrigerator and consumed within 2 days. For frozen items, transfer them immediately to your freezer where they will remain at peak quality for up to 3 months.
